Warranty Policy – Elegant Watches (elegantwatches.my)
At Elegant Watches, we guarantee that every Goods you purchase is brand new, genuine, and 100% authentic. If the Goods are sold as preowned, we will make reasonable deductions for any wear and tear the Goods may have suffered whilst in your care. Paperwork has a significant impact on resale value and if Paperwork is damaged or missing, we shall not be accept returns or cancellation.
We offer an International Warranty for all watch purchases made through elegantwatches.my, with the warranty period commencing from the date of order.
Each watch comes with a 12 month product warranty, unless otherwise specified. Please refer to the warranty card included with your order for specific warranty terms.
To access repairs and watch care services, kindly present the warranty card at any of our authorised service and repair centres.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear to the case, strap, or bracelet.
- Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, misuse (including knocks, crushing, or moisture in non-water-resistant models).
- Cosmetic changes due to normal aging and wear, such as scratches, color alterations, plating wear, or missing crystals.
- Broken crowns, battery replacements, or scratched/cracked cases.
- Theft or loss of the complete timepiece or any components.
- Repairs or alterations performed by anyone other than Elegant Watches or an authorised agent.
Important Notes:
- During the warranty period, we will repair or replace your watch if it has manufacturing defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship, under normal use conditions.
- Parts not covered by this warranty may incur a charge; we will provide a quote for your approval before proceeding with any repair.
- All shipping and handling costs related to warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

- Your full name
- Your contact number and email address
- A copy of your original invoice, order confirmation, or delivery receipt
- A detailed description of the issue with your watch
Return postage, packaging and insurance are your responsibility, though we will assist in the process where possible.
