A: Absolutely. Elegant Watches is an authorized retailer for all the brands we carry. Every timepiece is 100% genuine, brand new, sourced directly from official distributors, and comes with its full manufacturer’s international warranty and all original packaging.

Q: Where are you? Do you have a store in person?

A: Yes, our main showroom is at Ipoh Parade, 105, Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil, 30450 Ipoh, Perak. We recommend that visitors make an appointment so that we can give you our full attention and personalised service. You can set up a time to see it through WhatsApp.

Q: Which type of warranty is included with my watch?

A: All our watches come with a valid international manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years depending on the brand. The warranty card will be fully dated and stamped. Please refer to the specific product page for exact warranty details.

Q: What types of payment are accepted?

A: We offer simple and secure ways to pay:

Visa and Mastercard are accepted as credit/debit cards through a secure, encrypted gateway.

Online Bank Transfer: FPX provides immediate transfers.

E-wallets: Boost, GrabPay, and Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

Purchase Now, Pay Later: Monthly installments with no interest are available through Atome and Grab PayLater.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

A: Of course. You can use WhatsApp to place your order directly with our sales consultants for a customised shopping experience. For you to finish your purchase, we can create a secure payment link.

Q: Do you provide free shipping?

A: For all orders placed within Malaysia, we offer free insured courier shipping.

Q: What is the estimated time of arrival for my order?

A:West Malaysia: Orders are delivered in 1-3 business days after being processed within 24 hours.

Delivery time in East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–5 business days.

After your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.

Q: How is my watch shipped?

A: Our top priority is your watch. To avoid any damage during transit, it is carefully packed in a protective shipping box, sealed, and returned to its original manufacturer’s box.

Q: Do you provide expedited or same-day delivery?

A: Orders confirmed before 12 PM within Ipoh are eligible for same-day delivery (subject to availability). Nationwide, expedited next-day delivery is offered for a nominal cost. To set this up, message us on WhatsApp.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within seven days of the delivery date. The watch needs to be brand new, unused, and in its original packaging, complete with warranty cards, protective stickers, and paperwork. Returns must be approved and inspected.

Q: How do I initiate an exchange or return?

A: Within 7 days of receiving your order, please get in touch with our customer support team by email or WhatsApp. Give the reason for the return along with your order number. We will give you a Return Authorisation Number and walk you through the procedure.

Q: There is a problem with my watch. How can I get warranty service for it?

A: Kindly get in touch with us right away. In compliance with the brand’s warranty guidelines, we will give you all the paperwork and instructions you need to have your watch serviced at an authorised service centre in Malaysia.
