At Elegant Watches, we understand the excitement of awaiting your new timepiece. We are committed to ensuring a seamless and secure delivery process for your purchase. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information.
1. Shipping Destinations
We are proud to offer free standard shipping nationwide across all of Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 12 PM on a business day, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
For timepieces that require special preparation (e.g., bracelet sizing, authentication double-check), our customer service team will notify you of a slightly longer processing time.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this to follow your package’s journey in real-time.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately and completely during checkout, including unit numbers, building names, and postcodes.
Elegant Watches cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@elegantwatches.my .We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
6. Import Taxes & Duties
For all orders shipped within Malaysia, no additional import taxes, duties, or customs fees are required upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
7. What to Do Upon Receiving Your Order
Please inspect the outer shipping box for any signs of damage before accepting the delivery.
We highly recommend opening your package in the presence of the delivery driver to verify the contents. If the item appears damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you are unable to inspect it at the time of delivery, please note any concerns on the delivery receipt before signing.
